Project Description: This is a 5 years which is basically involved in malaria control. The two major activities of the team involved: 1. Field Collections of mosquitoes 2. Laboratory work: PCR and ELISA at IHI and SNPs at Davis California. Field work will be done in 4 villages of Lupiro, Minepa, Kidugalo and Sagamaganga.
